What does this group coaching program look like?

Our sessions together will begin with a one-day workshop.
Here you will spend the day learning all the tools for the program and digging deep to start understanding yourself and the reasons behind your current weight, over-hunger, desire for food and your food beliefs.
You will be surrounded by like-minded women who are seeking the same outcome and you will work together to gain perspective on your life and your weight loss journey.

This is a fun and interactive way to learn the material.

From then, you will attend the weekly sessions via zoom to keep up the accountability, ask questions, be supported to keep you on track and kicking your weight loss goals.
