What does this coaching program look like?

Group coaching that will run over 8 weeks


To begin, you will watch all the foundational, self-guided learning modules, giving you an overview of the program, and all the information you need to start.

This can be accessed immediately and will be available for eight weeks.

You will be granted access to all the tools to start using your new knowledge to implement it into your daily life.


You will be surrounded by like-minded women who are seeking the same outcome; you will work together to gain perspective on your life and your weight loss journey.

This is a fun and interactive way to learn and be supported.

You will then attend group coaching every week for 1 hour.

It is the ultimate way to learn from others and be coached to get you through what is keeping you stuck.

The 8 weeks will consist of:

Weekly group coaching sessions (held via zoom)

Access to the recorded version of  Zoom session

Lessons via the online learning modules

PDF Workbook and access to all the tools you will need


1:1 intensive session

We will dive deep and start to unravel any limiting beliefs

that are keeping you stuck.

The extra weight we have on our body comes from the foods we over consume.

These both stem from the inability to process our emotions.

What a journey!!

This is the most weight that I have ever lost and it has been the easiest lifestyle change that I have ever done!

Who would have thought all those weeks ago that we’d be saying weight loss is easy; the old me would have gone "good job" go and eat some food, but the me now is happy to not eat food and find enjoyment in the world around me.
