These sessions are held via zoom.
They will be interactive and hands on, with the ability to ask questions and interact with fellow students
I will teach you practical methods, proven to work and will be with you all the way, cheering you on.
You will leave understanding your body and your mind so well, nothing will get in the way.
Due to the reduced timeframe, I have prepared information which will introduce you to the program and give all the details. This information will be available to you as an online learning module and can be accessed anytime, throughout the entire program.

HERE'S WHAT I KNOW
