Action comes from feeling

Feelings such as overwhelm, frustration, and annoyance do not drive action. They stop you in your tracks.


But then what does drive action? Feelings like focus, confidence, pride, and determination.


But where do these feelings come from?..da da da; our thoughts!


If you know my methods, I am 90% focused on working with you to choose the intentional thoughts that create the feelings which will drive the action to achieve your goals.


I know that action will flow if you have the right thoughts or as Joh Acuff says “soundtrack”

If you have negative thoughts running through your head and you choose not to control them, then the results won't be pretty or what you want.


But if you start intentionally choosing them, your results will be what you want.


My newest soundtrack is this;

“I know the way to finish!”


If ever my brain plays old thoughts that create doubt or confusion, I say, well thanks brain, but today I am choosing to think I know the way to finished!! And then I slam the door on the old thoughts! Take that!!


It sounds too easy (and a little silly) and it is...but it works!


So, get out your pen and paper and ask yourself this.

  1. What do you want?

  2. What do you need to feel to do it?

  3. What do you need to think to create that feeling?


Give it a go and tell me what you come up with. No sentence is off-limits! Go all out and get corny if you need to!
